Wenjun Chi spent 18 years working in institutional research and assessment since 2005. Her extensive experience includes data research and managing offices with a focus on institutional research and program evaluation in seven public and private colleges and universities in NH, MA, CT, NJ and PA. She is currently serving as the Director of Institutional Research at Delaware County Community College. At Kean University and Saint Joseph’s University, she helped the institutions achieve reaccreditation with successful monitoring reports. She implemented the 1st online course evaluation system at Cambridge College for over 1,400 faculty members and achieved an 89% response rate within one semester. She has provided oversight in the design, development, interpretation and implementation of student learning outcome assessment plans for academic programs and supporting activities. She has made expert recommendations for curriculum improvement based on her analysis of outcomes assessment data.
Wenjun served as a peer evaluator of Middle States Commission on Higher Education (MSCHE) and has presented at the MSCHE annual conference, the Indianapolis Assessment Institute Annual Conference, and the Drexel Annual Assessment Conference, etc.
